Hey everyone! I know I haven’t posted in like a week….bad me, but I’ve been feeling down and blah. Every now and again the stresses of being without my loving husband get to me in a way I cannot describe. This time away from him is long and hard and I have to let myself be sad sometimes about it - this past week was my time.
Anyway, while browsing Photobucket, which I enjoy doing, I found this graphic which I thought was awesome so I just had to share with all of you for WFW. I don’t participate too often in this meme, but when I happened upon this scripture I knew I had to post. Just as I become overly sad at time about DH being deployed, I can relax and rejoice knowing that the Lord is there for me ALL the time!

Great great WFW and so glad you were able to join! I’m sorry to hear about your past week. If you don’t mind, would like to keep you and your family in my prayers and ask our Heavenly Father to wrap His arms around you, your family and your husband, and to protect you and to remind you, that you are loved and that your husband is protected and comes home safely!

I’m glad you jumped in, Shannon, and shared this verse and your heart. You have been on my heart all week. Now I know I ought to have been praying for you specifically. I will do so now…
Lord, I lift up Shannon to you. I pray that you would comfort her in her loneliness, and be her source of strength as she cares for her family. Bless her, Father, and her husband as he defends our land and others. I give them to you, Lord! In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
Blessings, my bloggy friend,
Elisa
